Hello and welcome to my website!

I am a self-taught traditional artist specializing in acrylic paintings distinguished by their intricate detail and lifelike quality.

My detailed style endeavors to capture the colors, mood, and atmosphere of my subjects, providing viewers with a permanent glimpse into the natural world. Drawing inspiration from the Ontario landscape, I dedicate ample time to photographing its scenery, flora, and fauna to use as reference material in my art. Although landscapes are my specialty, I also enjoy painting florals, birds, and a variety of animals.

My wish is for viewers and collectors of my work to gain a new appreciation for the beautiful world we live in and to help them experience a sense of peace and wonder at the end of a long day. It’s especially rewarding for me when my viewers ‘get lost’ in the details of my work. The beauty I find in nature around me is what inspires my work, and my desire to preserve this vision is what motivates me to create.

I became an elected member of the Ontario Society of Artists in 2024 and my work is found in many private collections across Canada.
